in Rules of the organization of activities and implementation of the functions of the customer (builder) approved by the specified order:

"9) makes replacement of construction materials, oborudovaniye, products and designs of the Kazakhstan production by the import producer in coordination with developer of the design estimates on condition of compliance to technical characteristics and not exceeding cost indicators according to the design estimates in case of the productions suspended (liquidated), absent or if the production volume does not cover necessary requirement of goods, works and services with the written confirmation of domestic producers about lack of supply capacity in the terms required for construction it agrees, the approved production schedule of works, at the same time shall address domestic producers for objects with which term of construction/upgrade/reconstruction:
does not exceed 6 months - no later than 30 calendar days from the effective date the works agreement;
from 6 months to 1 year - no later than 45 calendar days from the effective date works agreements;
over 1 year - no later than 60 calendar days from the effective date works agreements.
