1. Approve samples of certifying texts and notarial certificates according to appendix.

2. To provide to management of degrees of jurisdiction, notarial activities and legal profession publication of this order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova in accordance with the established procedure.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Justice No. 327 of July 9, 2004.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of justice Elena Mokana.
