About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 17, 2012 No. 156 and of August 5, 2016 No. 613

Based on the paragraph of the seventh of article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2016 No. 354-Z "About industrial safety" and for the purpose of decrease in risk of distribution in the Republic of Belarus in the infection caused by COVID-19, coronavirus Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. to add the column "Effective Period of the References or Other Documents Issued when Implementing Ministerial Procedure" of subitem 20.1.4 of Item 20.1 of the single list of the ministerial procedures performed by state bodies and other organizations concerning legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of February 17, 2012 No. 156, with the paragraph of the following content:

"for prolongation of effective period of permission (certificate) based on assessment of possibility of the subject of industrial safety which is carried out till January 1, 2022 to carry out separate work types (to render separate types of service) when implementing activities in the field of industrial safety without departure to the place of its stay - 1 year";

1.2. in Regulations on procedure for issue of permissions (certificates) to the right of accomplishment of separate work types (rendering separate types of service) when implementing activities in the field of industrial safety approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 5, 2016 No. 613:
