I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About the Unified state demographic register and documents which confirm citizenship of Ukraine prove the identity or her special status" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2013, No. 51, of Art. 716 with subsequent changes) the following changes:

1. In Article 3:

13) the e-passport for trip abroad - the passport of the citizen of Ukraine for trip abroad in the form of electronic display of information which contains in the passport of the citizen of Ukraine for trip abroad which is drawn up by means of the Register together with the unique electronic identifier (QR code, barcode, digital code), and also information on the residence and tax number (registration number of accounting card of taxpayers from the State register of physical persons - taxpayers) (in the presence)";

2) in word part two of "service of the digital signature" shall be replaced with words "qualified electronic confidential services", and the words "About the Digital Signature" - the words "About Electronic Confidential Services".

2. 11 parts two of Article 6 to state Item in the following edition:

"11) renders qualified electronic confidential services in the procedure established by the legislation".
