About modification and amendments in the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on March 3, 2021

Article 1. In all text of the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 (further - the Code) shall be replaced with words the words "State Commission on Protection of the Economic Competition of the Republic of Armenia" in the corresponding case forms "The commission on protection of the competition".

Article 2. In part 8 of article 37 of the Code:

1) words "the business entity accepted by State commission on protection of the economic competition of the Republic of Armenia" shall be replaced with words "The commissions on protection of the competition";

To add 2) after the words "in time" with words ", except for the offenses made by the physical persons who are the business entities established by the Law "About Protection of the Economic Competition" for whom administrative punishment can be appointed in time, provided by part 1 of article 95 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About protection of the economic competition".".

Article 3. In parts 1 and 3 of article 171.2 of the Code of the word "from thousandfold to the three-thousandfold size" shall be replaced with words "from three-thousandfold to the five-thousandfold size".

Article 4. To add article 171.4 of the Code with part 2 following of content:

"2. Enforcement by the physical person participating in concentration, the concentration prohibited by the decision of the Commission on protection of the competition for physical person:

attracts the prevention or infliction of penalty in the amount of three-thousandfold to the five-thousandfold size of the established minimum wage.".

Article 5. To add article 171.5 of the Code with part 2 following of content:
