About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the state grant in seed farming"

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the state grant in seed farming" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2019, No. 2, the Art. 67) the following changes:

Item 4 of Article 2 to state 1) in the following edition:

"4) priority crops to which the state grant - the crops which are annually determined by the decision of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic by the offer of the authorized state body performing policy in the field of agricultural industry extends.";

Part 2 of Article 5 to state 2) in the following edition:

"2. The authorized state body performing policy in the field of agricultural industry determines amounts of the subsidized certified seeds. The procedure and conditions of scoping of the state grant, ensuring transparency of procedure for granting of the state grant, approval of selling prices on subsidized seeds, establishments of quotas and payments of means of the state grant are established according to the provision approved by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.";

3) in Article 7:

a) antimonopoly authority to add part 4 after words with the words "according to the technique approved by the decision of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic";

b) recognize part 5 invalid;

4) in Article 9:

a) state part 1 in the following edition:

"1. Officials, seed-growing farms and agricultural producers bear responsibility for violation of regulations of this Law according to the civil and penal legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic on offenses and on violations.";

b) part 2 after the words "upon the demand of the receiver of subsidized seeds" to add with the words "based on the judgment".

Article 2.

This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
