About modification of the Order of the Main state tax authorities No. 392/2015 "About approval of the form of the Registration certificate of the subject of VAT liability and the statement for registration as the payer of the VAT"
Based on part (10) Article 132-3, and also article 112 of the Tax Code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997 (repeated publication: Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2007, special release), with subsequent changes and amendments, I ORDER:
1. Appendix No. 2 to the Order of the Main state tax authorities No. 392 of 30.04.2015 "About approval of the form of the Registration certificate of the subject of VAT liability and the statement for registration as the payer of the VAT" (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2015, No. 110-114/733), to state, according to the edition provided by appendix No. 1 to this order.
2. This order becomes effective from the date of approval.
3. To provide to head department of methodology of taxes and fees of GNS publication of this order in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova.
