About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of July 6, 2011 No. 924/16

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of July 6, 2011 No. 924/16 "About use of cash and other equipment in case of acceptance of instruments of payment" the following changes:
1.1. in Item 2:
exclude subitem 2.4;
state subitem 2.8 in the following edition:
"2.8. legal entities and individual entrepreneurs shall establish and use payment terminals *, providing including acceptance for payment of bank payment cards of international payment systems Visa and MasterCard, internal payment service provider "BELKART" which issue is performed by banks of the Republic of Belarus, except as specified, established in subitem 2.9 of this Item;
