1. Approve Regulations on certification of cadastral engineers it (is applied).

2. To the agency of land relations and inventory to take necessary measures for ensuring proper realization of this Provision.

Regulations on certification of cadastral engineers

I. General provisions

1. The regulations on certification of cadastral engineers (daleepolozheniye) regulate procedure and conditions of certification of cadastral engineers on the right to perform cadastral works on forming of real estate units.

2. The purpose of certification is check of professional knowledge of cadastral engineers and ability to put them into practice for the purpose of:

installations and markings of borders of the real estate unit on site;

identifications of the real estate unit based on documents of title;

implementation of measurements on the area for creation and change of the cadastral or geometrical plan;

accomplishment of other works on forming of real estate units.
