Article 1. 1) in Article 39:

add with part five of the following content:

"The accounting treatment for experimental aircrafts is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan";

parts the fifth, sixth and seventh to consider respectively parts six, the seventh and eighth;

Article 67 to state 2) in the following edition:

"Article 67. Flights over settlements

Flights of aircrafts over settlements are carried out along the established routes and heights, without endangering life and human health and (or) their property on the earth.

Departure from the established route and height of flights is allowed in case of defect of the aircraft or if necessary to execute flights for rescuing of life of people.

In particular cases flights of aircrafts over settlements with departure from the established route and height of flights are allowed according to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Demonstration flights of aircrafts over settlements can be carried out with the permission of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan";

3) in Article 86:

in word part two of "Aviation administration" shall be replaced with words "The ministries of transport of the Republic of Uzbekistan";
