Article 1. 5, parts 2 of Article 7.1 and the Item "e" of part 1 of article 20 of the Law of June 30, 1996 No. ZR-69 "About the Central bank" (further - the Law) the word "prevention" to exclude 2 Articles from the part Item "and".

Article 2. In article 7.1 of the Law:

Article 3. This Law becomes effective in two months after its official publication.
