About modification of the Regulations on National police
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
Bring in the Regulations on National police approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 28, 2015 No. 877 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 89, the Art. 2971), the following changes:
add Item 5 with the subitem 11 of the following content:
"11) is provided in accordance with the established procedure by self-representative office of National police in courts and other bodies which is performed without personal errand of the Chairman of National police, in particular, through authorized official (office) persons of legal services of the office of the central governing body of National police, its territorial (including interregional) bodies.";
add Item 11 with subitem 1-1 of the following content:
"1-1) determines from among official (office) persons of legal services of the office of the central governing body of National police, its territorial (including interregional) bodies of persons whom authorizes to act on behalf of National police according to the procedure of self-representation in courts and other bodies without its personal errand;".
