This Provision is developed according to articles 42 and 43 of the Law No. 181/2014 on public finance and budget and tax responsibility and determines procedure for forming and management of the collected income of the public organizations financed from the government budget from sale of air tickets to business people of the country who are members of the official delegations of the Republic of Moldova which are going abroad.
