About measures for further enhancement of system of public administration and control in the field of use of water resources, and also to safety of objects of water economy

In the country consecutive reforms on increase in efficiency of public administration in the field of water economy, upgrade and to development of water economy, water resources management, economical use of water, and also improvement of meliorative condition of lands are undertaken.

Along with it in management and rational use of water resources, designing, conducting state examination, construction and reconstruction of objects of water economy, especially in safety of reservoirs and other large objects of water economy, essential shortcomings and serious problems remain.

In recent years owing to operation of objects of water economy within more than 30 - 40 years, the insufficient attention paid to questions of involvement of skilled foreign experts and implementations of the best foreign practices in their designing on separate objects of water economy also emergencies are observed technogenic.

For the purpose of forming of effective management system water economy, enhancement of accounting of water and the reporting, widespread introduction of digital technologies in water economy, increase in safety and establishment of the effective control system behind objects of water economy:

1. Take into consideration that the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 10, 2020 No. UP-6024 approves the Concept of development of water economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2020 - 2030 and its priority directions are determined.
