Add Article 3 (1) the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About legal status of the deputy of Majlis of People's Deputies of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, the city of Dushanbe, cities and areas" of December 13, 1996 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 1996, No. 23, Art. 348; 2008, No. 12, h 2, Art. 995; 2013, No. 7, Art. 541, No. 12, Art. 906; 2017, No. 5, h 1, Art. 289; 2020, No. 1, Art. 17) part two of the following content:
"The procedure for bringing of the oath by the deputy is established by Regulations of Majlis of People's Deputies.".
