1. Recognize invalid the following orders of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 26, 2012 No. 441 "About approval of Rules of development of procedure for carrying out external control of quality" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 8034);
2) the subitem 1) Item 1 of the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 17, 2014 No. 401 "About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 9819).
2. To provide to department of methodology of financial accounting, audit and assessment of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective since July 6, 2021 and is subject to official publication.
