About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Regulations of activities of guarantee funds" of September 9, 2019 No. 2019-P-33/47-3-(NFKU)

1. Bring in the Regulations of activities of guarantee funds approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Regulations of activities of guarantee funds" of September 9, 2019 No. 2019-P-33/47-3-(NFKU), the following changes:
in Regulations of activities of the guarantee funds approved by the above-named resolution:
- in Item 20 of the word "in deposits (deposits) and on accounts of commercial banks" shall be replaced with words "in term deposits (deposits) in commercial banks";
- add with Item 20-1 of the following content:
"20-1. At the same time within implementation of the state programs aimed at creating favorable conditions for the population and increase in availability of financing establishment of limits of investment of funds of guarantee fund in term deposits (deposits) in commercial banks within 40% of equity of guarantee fund is admissible.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
