1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About liquidation of Public service on fight against economic crimes under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic (financial police)" of March 5, 2021 No. 71 the following change:

- add with Item 3-1 of the following content:

"3-1. Determine that:

- including with pension entitlement, the lump-sum allowance in case of general service life is paid to the staff of Public service on fight against economic crimes under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic (financial police) (further - GSBEP) dismissed from service in connection with liquidation of body:

up to 10 years - in the amount of 2-month salaries of monetary pay;

from 10 to 15 years - in the amount of 10 monthly salaries of monetary pay;

from 15 to 20 years - in the amount of 12 monthly salaries of monetary pay;

from 20 to 25 years - in the amount of 15 monthly salaries of monetary pay;

from 25 to 30 years - in the amount of 18 monthly salaries of monetary pay;

of 30 and more years - in the amount of 20 monthly salaries of monetary pay;

- before liquidation completion of the procedure the employees of GSBEP involved in Liquidation commission are provided with the cash allowance, benefits, compensations and payments provided in the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of service in law enforcement agencies and cash allowance of employees of GSBEP;
