About modification of appendix No. 1 to Rules of the conclusion, change and termination of special investment contracts

Bring in appendix No. 1 to the Rules of the conclusion, change and termination of special investment contracts approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 16, 2020 No. 1048 "About approval of Rules of the conclusion, change and termination of special investment contracts" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 30, the Art. 4911), the following changes:
a) to declare the subitem "v" of item 4 invalid;
b) add with item 4 (1) the following content:
"4(1). The commissions as the member of the commission one representative of the Russian Government Office in addition can be included.".
