Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 6, 1999 No. 239-Z "About subsistence minimum in the Republic of Belarus" the following changes:

1. From preamble and part two of Article 6 of the word "Republic of Belarus" to exclude.

2. From the paragraph of the fourth of Article 1 the word "students" to exclude.

3. Add Article 2 with the paragraph of the following content:

"determinations of the minimum size of the alimony and other payments provided by acts of the legislation, not connected with the minimum state social and labor guarantees.".

4. In Article 3:
