About change of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 13, 2012 No. 403-Z "About the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus" the following changes:
1. To state part one of Article 1 in the following edition:
"The Investigative Committee - the single centralized system including the state law enforcement agencies which are bodies of pretrial investigation and performing powers in the field of pre-judicial criminal proceedings and organization of education.".
2. Add Article 6 with the paragraph of the following content:
"organization of formation of the Investigative Committee.".
3. Add the Law with Article 9-1 of the following content:
"Article 9-1. Organization of formation of the Investigative Committee
The organization of formation of the Investigative Committee is the public institution providing preparation, retraining and advanced training of staff of the Investigative Committee.
The organization of formation of the Investigative Committee directly submits to central office of the Investigative Committee.
The structure of organization of formation of the Investigative Committee includes departments, departments and other structural divisions.
The organization of formation of the Investigative Committee is legal entity, has seal and forms with the image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Belarus and with the name.".
4. To add article 11 paragraph two after the word "investigations" with the words "and organization of formation of the Investigative Committee".
5. To add article 12 after the paragraph of the fifth with the paragraph of the following content:
