According to Item 12 parts five, Article parts six 12, parts five of article 44 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits" the executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits SOLVED:

1. Make change to Item 11 of the Section VIII of the Regulations on procedure for creation and maintaining the register of the accepted requirements of creditors and the satisfaction of requirements of creditors of the liquidated banks approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits against August 21, 2017 No. 3711, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 7, 2017 for No. 1104/30972, having stated it in the following edition:

"11. The requirements to bank unsatisfied behind insufficiency of its property, are considered as extinguished.

If by results of acceptance by Fund of measures for compensation of the damage caused to bank, the Fund received means after entering of record about the termination of bank into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming, the received funds are allocated by Fund to the former creditors of bank - persons whose accepted requirements in bank remained unsatisfied behind insufficiency of its property and were extinguished, - within the extent of the damage caused to them owing to repayment of their accepted requirements, according to the procedure and priorities of satisfaction of the requirements established by the Law and this Provision.".
