Item 8 of the Regulations on the Russian Government Office approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 1, 2004 No. 260 "About Regulations of the Government of the Russian Federation and Regulations on the Russian Government Office" (Russian Federation Code, 2004, No. 23, Art. 2313), to state in the following edition:
"8. The chief of staff of the Government is appointed to position by the President of the Russian Federation after approval of its candidate by the State Duma for representation of the Prime Minister and dismissed by the President of the Russian Federation. a) state Item 8 in the following edition:
"8. The Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation is headed by the Minister appointed to position by the President of the Russian Federation after approval of its candidate by the State Duma of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation for representation of the Russian Prime Minister and dismissed by the President of the Russian Federation.
