I. The Section XXI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Customs code of Ukraine (2012, Art. No. No. 44-48, 552) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with Items 9-7 - 9-10 following contents:

"9-7. Determine what is temporary, within 180 days from the date of entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "About modification of the Customs code of Ukraine of rather temporary simplification of customs clearance of the vehicles imported on customs area of Ukraine", customs clearance of vehicles of private use which were in use and since which year of release passed more than five years which are classified by goods items 8703 (except the vehicles classified by commodity subline items of 8703rd 10, by 8703rd 40), 8704 (lump to ton 3,5) according to UKT foreign trade activities and as of December 31, 2020 were in customs regime of temporary import or transit, it is performed in number of no more than one unit on each goods item on condition of payment of receivable customs payments with respect for features, stipulated in Item 77th subsection 2 and Item 36 of subsection 5 of the Section XX "Transitional provisions" of the Tax code of Ukraine.
