1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of rates of the state fee" of April 15, 2019 No. 159 the following change:

in the rates of the state fee approved by the above-stated resolution:

- add Item 1 with the subitem 15 of the following content:

"15) from actions for declaration of physical persons and legal entities about compensation of the damage caused by negative impact on the environment for violation of the nature protection legislation, irrational use of natural resources - the 1-fold size of settlement indicator.".
