About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of optimization of functioning of Council for development of entrepreneurship I decide:

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 10, 2017 No. 370 "About Council for development of entrepreneurship" the following changes:

1.1. state Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. Approve Regulations on Council for development of entrepreneurship it (is applied).";

1.2. in Regulations on the Council for development of entrepreneurship approved by the Decree:

in Item 1 part one "President" shall be replaced with words the word "Council of Ministers";

state Item 6 in the following edition:

"6. Staff of Council, except for the chairman of the board, it is created of number of heads (owners) of subjects of managing and affirms the Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus.

The chairman of the board is on position the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Belarus supervising economy questions.";

in Item 11 to "President" to replace the word with the word to "Prime Minister".

2. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus to take measures for implementation of this Decree.

3. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.
