Make the changes in item 4 of the Standard regulations on the State extraordinary antiepizootic commission under Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Standard regulations on the State extraordinary antiepizootic commission under regional public administration approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 21, 2007 No. 1350 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 89, Art. 3274; 2020, No. 3, the Art. 155), having added the subitem 5 after the word of "animals" with words ", including in the territory of territorial communities".
