About modification of Item 5 of the Regulations on Administration of the State Border Service of Ukraine

Make change to Item 5 of the Regulations on Administration of the State Border Service of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 16, 2014 No. 533 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 85, of the Art. 2390), having added it with the subitem 7 of the following content:
"7) is provided in accordance with the established procedure by self-representative office of Administration of State frontier service in courts and other bodies through persons, representatives to be effective from her name, including through the official (office) persons of legal service of administration staff of State frontier service, bodies of State frontier service, the companies and organizations belonging to the sphere of its management, or other authorized persons and also provides representation of interests of Administration of State frontier service in courts and other bodies through representatives.".
