1. Determine the priority directions of development of national cinematography:

forming of motion picture art as strategic source in spiritual, cultural and educational life of society, including education of youth in the spirit of patriotism;

enhancement of system of the state support of the film industry on the basis of the market principles, and also attraction to the country of foreign film companies and development of production of joint movies;

development of the film industry as separate industry of economy, creation of the infrastructure having modern and high-technology material and technical resources;

creation of effective system of training, advanced training of creative figures of cinema and technical workers of the sphere of cinematography;

state production incentive of national series, broad involvement of young animators and animators to creation of animation movies;

ensuring the guaranteed protection of copyright in the field of cinema, development of system of film distribution and promotion of national movies on the world film markets.

2. Rename the National agency "Uzbekkino" into the Agency of cinematography of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - the Agency).

3. Support offers of the Agency, representatives of the sphere of motion picture art and film industry on:
