About modification of the Section II "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine, the additional social and economic guarantees aimed at providing in connection with spread of koronavirusny disease (COVID-19)" (on single questions of completion of 2020/2021 academic years)

I. The Section II "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine, the additional social and economic guarantees aimed at providing in connection with spread of koronavirusny disease (COVID-19)" (2020, No. 18, the Art. 123, No. 46, the Art. 395) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with Item 4-2 of the following content:

"4-2. Determine that in connection with implementation of the actions directed to prevention of origin and spread of koronavirusny disease (COVID-19), job seekers of education who complete receipt of complete general secondary education in 2020/2021 academic years are exempted from passing of State Final Examination.

Job seekers of education who complete receipt of complete general secondary education in 2020/2021 academic years have the right to pass State Final Examination, including in the form of external independent estimation, at own will".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in a month from the date of publication of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
