About entering of amendments into the Regulations on procedure for the organization and holding procurement procedures

According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 29, 2021 "About measures for support of domestic manufacturers" I order to No. 41:

1. Make additions to the Regulations on procedure for the organization and holding procurement procedures approved by the order of the director of the National agency of project management in case of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 15, 2018 No. 185 (рег. No. 3016 of May 26, 2018) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2018, No. 22, the Art. 458), according to appendix.

2. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

The additions made to Regulations on procedure for the organization and holding procurement procedures

1. Add with Item 34-1 of the following content:

"34-1. If the schedule of purchases was not placed on special information portal three months ago, then when implementing public procurements by means of auction on lowering of the starting price delivery date of goods shall not be less than seven days.".

2. Add with Item 47-1 of the following content:
