About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning elections

Article 1. Make changes and additions to the following legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

Item 1 of Article 33 to add 3) with the subitem 16) of the following content:

"16) temporarily assigns obligations of the akim of the city of district value, the village, the settlement, the rural district to other administrative government employee without release from the held state position in case of the termination of powers of the previous akim.";

Article 36 to state 4) in the following edition:

"Article 36. Procedure for election to position, the terminations of powers of the akim of the city of district value, the village, the settlement, the rural district

1. The akim of the city of district value, the village, settlement, rural district is elected to position for a period of four years from among citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan aged is not younger than twenty five years the population of the corresponding administrative and territorial unit on the basis of general, equal, direct suffrage in case of secret vote.

2. The same person cannot be elected the akim of the same city of district value, the village, settlement, rural district more than two time in a row.
