Approve the List and goods quantity, imported into the Republic of Tajikistan by Tadzhiktsement private company for construction and putting into operation of the company for production of cement, the construction and concrete materials and sacks exempted from the tax discharge on value added and customs duty (are applied).

2. Under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to provide to Customs Service carrying out customs procedures and control of target use of imported goods and construction materials.
