For the purpose of ensuring implementation by entrepreneurs of full and smooth operation in special economic and small industrial zones, creations for them necessary engineering and communication infrastructure, support of activities of foreign and domestic investors, and also ensuring execution of the tasks determined in the State program by strategy implementation of actions in five priority directions of development of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2017 - 2021 in "Year of support of youth and strengthening of health of the population":

on construction, reconstruction and repair of networks of drinking water supply and the sewerage - "Engineering Company on Construction of Facilities of Water Supply and the Sewerage" unitary enterprise;

on construction, reconstruction and repair of highways - the state unitary enterprise "Service of the Customer on Regional Roads" under Committee on highways;

on electric utility service - regional branches JSC Regionalnye elektricheskiye seti and JSC Natsionalnye elektricheskiye seti Uzbekistana;

on gas supply - regional branches JSC Hududgaztajminot and JSC Uztransgaz;
