About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on carrying out radiation control at check points on frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic" of October 26, 2011 No. 674

For the purpose of streamlining of procedure for carrying out radiation control at check points on frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on carrying out radiation control at check points on frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic" of October 26, 2011 No. 674 the following change:

- add Item 2 with paragraphs the sixteenth and seventeenth the following content:

"-"Irkeshtam-avtodorozhny", the Osh region, the Alay district (4 km to the east of Nour's village);

- "Torugart-avtodorozhny", the Naryn region, At-Bashi District (531 km of the highway Bishkek - Kashgar (People's Republic of China).".

2. To authorized body in the field of health care on ensuring radiation safety from the date of entry into force of this resolution:

- stop implementation of radiation control at the check points specified in Item 1 of this resolution;

- delegate powers on implementation of radiation control to authorized state body in the field of customs affairs.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of economy and finance of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
