1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 27, 2019 No. 141 "About some questions of the Presidential youth personnel reserve" the following changes:

The structure of the National commission on youth personnel reserve in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the above-named Decree to be reworded as follows 1) according to appendix 1 to this Decree;

2) the Rules of forming of the Presidential youth personnel reserve approved by the above-named Decree to be reworded as follows according to appendix 2 to this Decree.

2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.
