About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Bankruptcy"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on March 3, 2021
Article 1. In the Item "and" of part 3 of Article 13 and the Item "in" No. ZR-51 "About bankruptcy" the words "State Commission on Protection of the Economic Competition of the Republic of Armenia" shall be replaced with words parts 1 of article 19 of the Law of December 25, 2006 "on protection of the competition".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective in two months after its official publication.
