About entering of amendment into the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To add part 2 of Article 86 of the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Armenia of July 1, 1998 with Item 7 of the following content:
"7) the member of the commission on protection of the competition - in connection with the administrative production performed by the Commission on protection of the competition during implementation of the powers by it and after that during period of service, except for case of consideration of the mistakes and abuses allowed in the course of this production.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective in two months after its official publication.
