About modification of the Regulations on measures of protection and determination of procedure of separate foreign currency transactions

According to Articles 6, of 7, of 15, of 30, of 44, of 45, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to the Law of Ukraine "About currency and currency transactions", for the purpose of enhancement of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Regulations on measures of protection and determination of procedure of separate foreign currency transactions approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of January 2, 2019 No. 5 (with changes), the following changes:

And figures "Item 75 of the Section VII" shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 8 of the Section I of the word also in figures "Item 45-1 of the Section IV, Item 75 of the Section VII";

2) in the Section IV:

in the first offer of the subitem 1 of Item 44 "Item 45" shall be replaced with words the word and figures also in figures "in Items 45, 45-1";

to add the Section after Item 45 with new Item 45-1 of the following content:

"45-1. The resident issuer who buys foreign currency for the purpose of accomplishment of own obligations on payment of the income and repayment of debt securities which are placed by it abroad has the right to accumulate the purchased foreign currency on the current account in bank without restriction of term of its use provided in the subitem 1 of Item 44 of the Section IV of this provision in case of simultaneous observance of the following conditions:
