About approval of the basic standard rate of assignment of the part of profit directed to dividend payout by results of financial and economic activities in 2020 of economic societies in which authorized capital there are corporate laws of the state

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the basic standard rate of assignment of the profit share directed to dividend payout by results of financial and economic activities in 2020 (further - the basic standard rate) economic societies in which authorized capital there are corporate laws of the state and also economic societies, 50 and more percent of shares (shares) of which belong to economic societies, the share of the state in which constitutes 100 percent, including affiliated enterprises (further - subjects of managing), in the amount of 50 percent.

For "Government Savings Bank of Ukraine" joint-stock company and private joint-stock company "Ukrgidroenergo" to approve the basic standard rate in the amount of 30 percent.

For joint-stock company Privatbank commercial bank to approve the basic standard rate in the amount of 80 percent.

For joint-stock company "National joint stock company "Naftogaz of Ukraine" to approve the basic standard rate in the amount of 95 percent.

2. To the ministry of development of economy, trade and agricultural industry:

bring the basic standard rate to subjects of management of corporate laws of the state;

provide explanations concerning application of the basic standard rate.

3. To subjects of management of corporate laws of the state in case of nonpayment till July 1, 2021 by the subject of managing of dividends in the government budget by results of its financial and economic activities in 2020 to take measures to contract cancelation with the head of such subject of managing.
