About modification of the Maritime Code of the Russian Federation

1) Article 4:

a) add with Item 4.1 of the following content:

"4.1. When implementing with use of the courts floating under National flag of the Russian Federation, the activities provided by Items 1 and 3 of this Article, the separate types of activity provided by Items 1 and 3 of this Article, determined by regulatory legal act of the Government of the Russian Federation are performed with use of the courts constructed in the territory of the Russian Federation and conforming to the requirements to industrial output established in the Russian Federation imposed for the purpose of its reference to products made in the territory of the Russian Federation.";

b) add with Item 4.2 of the following content:

"4.2. The separate types of activity provided by Items 1 and 3 of this Article, determined by regulatory legal act of the Government of the Russian Federation according to Item 4.1 of this Article can be performed with use of the courts floating under National flag of the Russian Federation and constructed outside the Russian Federation, or the courts constructed in the territory of the Russian Federation, but which are not conforming to the requirements to industrial output established in the Russian Federation imposed for the purpose of its reference to products made in the territory of the Russian Federation in the following cases:

1) such vessels are constructed before the date of entry into force of regulatory legal act of the Government of the Russian Federation, stipulated in Item 4.1 these Articles;

2) agreements on construction and (or) use of such courts are signed before the date of entry into force of regulatory legal act of the Government of the Russian Federation, stipulated in Item 4.1 these Articles.";
