Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About joint-stock companies" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2003, No. 6, the Art. 240) the following change:
add Chapter VI with Article 65-1 of the following content:
"Article 65-1. Temporary external management
1. In case of suspension of mineral right on the bases of the violation by society of the requirements of protection of subsoil, the ecological and industrial safety established by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic creating direct threat of life or to human health, working or living in zone of influence of works, and also rejection of necessary measures by society for their elimination of power of governing bodies of society stop for the term of suspension of mineral right.
In such cases governing bodies of society are forbidden to make the decisions connected with the operating room (administrative and financial) activities of society, except for the decisions connected with elimination of threat of life or to human health, working or living in the zone of influence of works which formed the basis for suspension of mineral right.
2. For the purpose of ensuring continuation of economic activity of society by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic temporary external management on effective period of the decision on suspension of mineral right according to part of 1 this Article is entered.
In case of introduction of temporary external management the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic appoints the interim external manager according to the procedure, provided by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The interim external manager operating activiies of society both the physical, and legal entity can be appointed.
