About modification of Rules of fire prevention regime in the Russian Federation

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of fire prevention regime in the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 16, 2020 No. 1479 "About approval of Rules of fire prevention regime in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 39, the Art. 6056).

2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2021.

Changes which are made to Rules of fire prevention regime in the Russian Federation

1. The paragraph one of Item 76 after the words "Passport of the Settlement" to add with words "subject to threat of wildfires and other landscape (natural) fires,".

2. The paragraph one of Item 414 after the words "on each settlement" to add with the words "subject to threat of wildfires and other landscape (natural) fires, and also on".

3. In Item 415:

a) in paragraph one of the word "Settlement, Territory" to replace with the word "Territory";

b) add with paragraphs of the following content:

"The settlement is considered subject to threat of wildfires and other landscape (natural) fires:

in case of its adjunction to the coniferous (mixed) wood lot or availability on its lands (territory) of the coniferous (mixed) forest;

in case of its adjunction to the parcel of land which grew with cane and (or) reed thickets, weed plants and (or) wood and shrubby vegetation (except for the field - and forest shelter plantings, meliorative protective forest plantings, fruit and berry plantings).".

4. In Item 416:
