Article 1

"In case of witnessing of authenticity of the signature of the applicant on the statements for state registration provided by articles 12 and 22.1 of this Federal Law submission of the documents provided by the specified Articles is performed by the notary who certified authenticity of the signature of the applicant (the last of applicants) on the corresponding statement for state registration in day of notarial witnessing of authenticity of the signature of the applicant (the last of applicants) on such statement. At the same time notarial witnessing of authenticity of the signature of the applicant (the last of applicants) on the statement for state registration, the stipulated in Article 12 or 22.1 presents of the Federal Law, and the subsequent submission of the documents provided by the specified Articles to registering body are performed by the notary within one notarial action. In other cases submission of documents to registering body can be performed by the notary at the request of the applicant. In the cases provided by this paragraph submission of documents is performed by the notary by their direction in registering body in the form of the electronic documents signed by the strengthened qualified digital signature of the notary with use of information and telecommunication networks, including Internet networks, or single system of interdepartmental electronic interaction. In case of establishment of special order of registration according to Item 1 of article 10 of this Federal Law the specified provisions are not applied.";

In paragraph four of Item 3 of Article 11 of the word "In case of Submission of Documents to Registering Body at the request of the Applicant" shall be replaced with words 2) "In the cases of submission of documents to registering body provided by the paragraph the fifth Item 1 of article 9 of this Federal Law";

In paragraph four of item 4 of Article 23 of the word "In case of Submission of Documents to Registering Body at the request of the Applicant" shall be replaced with words 3) "In the cases of submission of documents to registering body provided by the paragraph the fifth Item 1 of article 9 of this Federal Law".

Article 2

Article 80 of Bases of the legislation of the Russian Federation about notariate of February 11, 1993 No. 4462-1 (Sheets of the Congress of People's Deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Council of the Russian Federation, 1993, No. 10, Art. 357; Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 51, Art. 6699; No. 1, the Art. 11) to add 2016, with parts four - the sixth the following content:

"When witnessing authenticity of the signature of the applicant on the statement for state registration of the legal entity during creation or the statement for state registration of a person as an individual entrepreneur the notary shall without delay, but no later than the termination of the working day to submit in the form of electronic documents the corresponding application for state registration and other necessary documents in the body performing state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs according to the Federal Law of August 8, 2001 No. 129-FZ "About state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs".

If several founders participate in creation of the legal entity, the statement for state registration of the legal entity during creation and other necessary documents go to the body performing state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, the notary who certified authenticity of the signature of the last of applicants on the specified statement.

Provisions of Article 86.3 of these Bases are not applied to the relations regulated by parts four and the fifth this Article.".

Article 3

This Federal Law becomes effective after ninety days after day of its official publication.
