About introduction of amendments to the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. Regarding 1 article 299 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia of April 18, 2003 (further - the Code) shall be replaced with words the words "from ten to fifteen years" "from fifteen to twenty years or lifelong imprisonment".
Article 2. In Article 302 of the word "from eight to fifteen years" shall be replaced with words "from twelve to fifteen years or lifelong imprisonment".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
