About modification of the Procedure for passing qualification examination by persons who intend to perform activities of the arbitration manager

1. Bring in the Procedure for passing qualification examination by persons who intend to perform activities of the arbitration manager, No. 2535/5, approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of August 13, 2019 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 15, 2019 for No. 925/33896, the following changes:

Paragraph two of Item 5 of the Section I of the Procedure to state 1) in the following edition:

"Test questions and tasks are published on the official website of the Ministry of Justice. Possible answers on test questions and tasks are not subject to promulgation.";

The paragraph of the eighth of Item 21 of the Section III of the Procedure to state 2) in the following edition:

"The protocol is signed by all attendees at meeting members of the Qualification commission.".

2. To management of justice and punitive justice (Oleynik E.) submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister concerning the European integration Kolomiyets V.
