Accommodation of the military units which are carrying out tasks on protection of important state objects, particular loads, constructions on communications and also construction, capital repairs, reconstruction, material logistics of the military camps, buildings and constructions intended for accommodation of the specified military units, technical means of protection, guard houses, buildings (rooms) of commandant's offices, bureau of omissions, ensuring content and operation of the property specified in this part (including provision and payment of utilities), providing staff of guard on the objects making or applying in production radioactive, emergency and dangerous and chemically dangerous substances, means of individual and collective protection, devices of radiation and chemical observation, radiation control and systems of the emergency notification are performed at the expense of means of the organizations, important state objects, and (or) particular loads, and (or) constructions on communications of which are subject to protection by troops of national guard according to the lists approved by the Government of the Russian Federation.".
