1) part 5 of Article 8:

a) add with Item 17.1 of the following content:

"17. 1) data that the premises are located in the apartment house recognized to the emergency and subject demolitions or reconstruction or about recognition of the premises located in the apartment house, unsuitable for accommodation;";

b) add with Item 29 of the following content:
