About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 26, 2020 No. 1291

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 26, 2020 No. 1291 "About structure and procedure for representation by the organizer of gamblings of the data necessary for implementation of the state supervision of observance of requirements of the legislation on state regulation of activities for the organization and carrying out gamblings" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 35, the Art. 5588) the following changes:
a) add Item 2 with the words "also is effective till December 31, 2026.";
b) Item 14 Corrected representations by the organizer of gamblings of the data necessary for implementation of the state supervision of observance of requirements of the legislation on state regulation of activities for the organization and carrying out the gamblings approved by the specified resolution after the words "represent to the Federal Tax Service", to add with the words "single regulator of gamblings".
2. This resolution becomes effective since October 1, 2021.
