About modification of article 9 of the Law on social protection of the citizens who were injured owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash, No. 909/1992

Art. I. - Part third of article 9 of the Law on social protection of the citizens who were injured owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash, No. 909/1992 (repeated publication: 2004, 413), with subsequent changes to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 80-82, in the following edition:
"To persons with heavy limited opportunities confined to the bed the monthly allowance on leaving, maintenance and supervision in the amount of 80 percent of the size of minimum pension on age which is annually established by the Government is established. The specified monthly allowance cannot be established if persons are on complete state providing or are beneficiaries of service of the personal help.".
Art. II. - (1) Provisions of this law become effective since September 1, 2021.
(2) to the Government in three-months time from the date of publication of this law in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to bring the regulations into accord with it.
